Hear from my Clients

Frank George served as our counsel for the debt side of this transaction and was not only thorough and extremely responsive, but also a joy to work with. He took initiative to assure that every part of the deal was properly tied up and navigated the negotiation of the finer details of our agreements with precision and practicality. Frank jumped into this project after returning to private practice and never let up – working practically around the clock to keep things moving quickly. I would highly recommend him for any debt-related deals you may work on. He’s excellent.

Still Austin Whiskey

Frank was our counsel and represented Reflex on our first venture debt facility and revolving line of credit with SVB. If you’re an early stage founder doing a debt deal, I would strongly recommend you work with him. He’s sharp, responsive, and knows what actually matters in a debt transaction versus what’s noise. He kept the deal moving and treated it like it was the only thing on his plate. On top of all that, he’s a great thought partner to work with. I will be working with Frank on more deals in the future and would strongly recommend.

Reflex

Frank has been a tremendous asset during one of the busiest periods in our company's history, serving as lead counsel on the financing that enabled us to complete two acquisitions while continuing to support us through the many post-closing matters that followed. Over the past several months, he has become a trusted advisor to our team, consistently providing practical, thoughtful advice with an exceptional level of responsiveness. Frank is a true partner, and I would recommend him without hesitation.
